Preschool Storytime offers stories, songs, art activities, and educational play for 3 and 4 year olds and their caregivers.
Purpose of the Program: To provide a place for 3 and 4 year olds to interact not only with their caregiver but with children their own age and to connect reading and fun!
This program is FREE and open to the public. No advanced registration is required, but space is limited and will be first come, first served on a weekly basis.

Calling all little PRINCESSES and KNIGHTS!
Join us in the Children's Room for our first ever Princesses and Knights Dress Up Tea Party! We'll read stories, sip tea, munch on snacks, create crafts, and have lots of fun.
Come in your fanciest princess and bravest knight attire.
Please register so we can prepare crafts and favors for each child. Groups are welcome, just make sure to give us the total number of children and adults. Thanks!

The Anime club meets every Monday and Wednesday at 3pm in the Community Room Annex. They discuss Anime and Manga charactors and stories, watch Anime movies and plan events. If you are interested drop in during a meeting and make new friends.

Circle Time

Circle Time is a 30 minute rhyme and movement intensive program for children of all ages. The program provides wiggles and giggles for all!
Purpose of the Program: To stimulate the brain, increase phonological awareness, provide language and vocabulary development, and provide an alternative to the traditional storytime.
This program is FREE and open to the public. No advanced register is required, but space is limited and will be first come, first served on a weekly basis.

Mah Jong

Mah Jong is traditional Chinese game of skill, strategy, and a little chance (think gin rummy). Each game consists of 4 players, designated East, South, West, and North. The players take turns picking up and discarding tiles with the goal of completing a hand of four sets of three and a pair.

NEW this season, come by the Children's Room for a special Play Time on Thursday mornings.
We'll bring out our educational toys for children and caregivers to enjoy together while they're here at the library. Work on puzzles, make believe in our kitchen, build a tower with blocks, and much more!
Purpose of the program: Spend quality time playing with your child in a safe, fun, interactive environment and connect with other local families with young children.
Come by for all or part of the time.
