In this workshop run by BSD Code and Design Academy, the worlds of programming and web design come together when kids design and program their very own digital pet. By coding functions such as eat, sleep, and play, students will explore the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and basic programming concepts. Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation seeks to raise money and awareness for children with childhood cancer — especially research into new treatments and cures; and to encourage and empower others, especially children, to get involved and make a difference for children with cancer. Put your engineering skills to work and construct a marble roller coaster with turns, jumps and loops using only cardboard and tape. No prior roller coaster construction knowledge necessary. For kids entering grades 3 to 5.  Registration required starting June 16.  This program will be held in the Radnor High School Library, 130 King of Prussia Rd, Villanova, PA 19085.
