This month's selection is Mrs. Lincoln's Dressmaker by Jennifer Chiaverini. The Cookbook Club meets one Monday a month. A theme or particular ingredient is selected for each meeting. Feel free to use a cookbook from the Library’s vast collection.
~
Each member chooses a recipe that goes with that month’s theme to try and brings it to the meeting. Members will sample the recipes and then discuss the cookbooks they used and share cooking tips. Plates and utensils will be provided by the Library and there is a microwave to heat food.

January 14 @ 12-1 PM ~ Comfort Food
Choose a tasty recipe for something that may have a nostalgic or sentimental appeal.
February 4 @ 12-1 PM ~ Chocolate and Romance
Love and chocolate are in the air! Just remember chocolate isn’t just for dessert. If you don’t like chocolate, try a recipe that could be prepared on Valentines Day for your sweetie.
March 4 @ 12-1 PM ~ Paleo Diet
Try a Paleo Diet recipe; a whole foods diet which avoids grains and processed sugars. Also referred to as the “caveman” diet.
