    **Each forum will last approximately three hours and the following topics will be covered in each forum:

Training & Education —Library participants can provide feedback and help identify training needs and future training and educational opportunities.

What’s So Great About Catalog Explorer? ---An expert will be available to answer questions about Catalog Explorer features and searching techniques

Envisionware ---Forum participants can preview the features and improvements for the new Cybraryn replacement

I Need Help With Library Reports! ---A reporting expert will be available to answer individual library reporting questions. Questions will be handled on a “first come first served” basis.

My Phone/PDA & EIN Services ---Learn how to setup your PDA or Smart Phone for use with EIN provided services such as email, calendaring, GoCAT, etc.

My Website Reports ---Forum participants will learn how to use the new reporting tools provided by the new webhosting service.

My Library Is Planning to Implement a New Technology --- Is your library planning to implement new technology this year and does your library need EIN assistance? Learn about technology planning proposals and their submission to the Technology Council.

Why Should I Care About VPN? --- Forum participants will learn about what is VPN, what can library staff do with VPN and how to set up VPN for their use..

What’s So Great About BWA? --- What’s a “super user” and how can manage my library’s open calls with the Help Desk. In addition forum participants will have the opportunity to meet help desk staff.
