The Art of Writing Truth: An introduction to Creative Nonfiction Writing workshop

10-week workshop starting Tuesday, June 24 from 6 to 8PM

This class is designed to give emerging writers an understanding of Creative Nonfiction as a genre and to explore the building blocks to writing successful, quality essays and memoirs. Through the 10 week course, each class will be dedicated to one aspect of the craft, culminating in a complete and polished work that is encouraged to be sent out for consideration to a literary journal or magazine of your choice. The class size will be limited to 10 participants in order to promote a close-knit environment and for the benefit of peer feedback throughout the course.

Katie Yarzebinski, instructor of this course is a Chatham University MFA graduate with a concentration in Creative Nonfiction writing. For more information on the course, please contact Katie directly via e-mail at k.yarzebinski@hotmail.com
