Join ShopRite of Shelton Dietitian Siddhi Sheth as she discusses eating healthy while managing around a busy schedule, share meal prep tips, and demonstrate recipes for dishes to eat while on the go. Siddhi is a Registered Dietitian and currently the In-Store Dietitian at the ShopRite of Shelton. At ShopRite she provides free services to community, including individual & family nutrition consultations, group classes, grocery store tours, cooking demos and recipe makeovers.
