Join Advanced Cicerone, author and cartoonist Em Sauter for a delicious presentation of two amazing things together- beer and ice cream! We will pair beers from Fox Farm Brewery of Salem  with local ice cream flavors from Salem Valley Ice Cream of Salem and discover how beer really is a versatile beverage with a range of flavors that can complement all foods. Beat the heat this summer with some sweet treats and a lesson about beer! 

Participants at this event must be 21 years old or older, with IDs being checked at the door.

Bio about Em Sauter:

Em Sauter is an Advanced Cicerone®, cartoonist, author, beer reviewer, international beer judge and public speaker who runs the award winning website Pints and Panels, which focuses on visual beer education. Her first book "Beer is for Everyone! (of Drinking Age)" was published in 2017 by One Peace Books. Her second book "Hooray for Craft Beer!" was released in April 2022 with Brewers Publications. She lives in New England with her husband Matt and two cats, Milbo and The Geen
