Free Online Tools for Conducting Meetings and Enhancing Collaboration [Sudbury]- CANCELLED

In this program we will look at a number of Web based applications which can be used to enhance communication and productivity among staff and library users. Zoho has an easy to use interface with many tools such as Wiki, Chat, Meeting, Writer and Projects. Other meeting sites such as Yugma, GoToMeeting and WebEx have free components as well as other low cost options. Skype is another free tool which can be used to make live video calls.  Other management applications such as Basecamp, Social Bookmarking sites such as del.icio.us, online calendars and planning tools will be reviewed and demonstrated.
