WE WILL BE USING THE RAIN/SNOW DATE OF Saturday, April 13, DUE TO CURRENT CONDITIONS.
Unplug and connect to the outdoors! Ebony LaBrew of Sacred Space will lead a forest bathing walk for youth at Wallace Park, Swift Rd. Forest Bathing is an immersive practice of connecting to the natural world through the senses. Forest bathing helps kids become mindful of their bodies, emotions, and the world around them by supporting their ability to self-regulate and manage stress. For grades K-4 with caregiver. Please register child only.
