Pranayaam Yoga Class

This is a traditional hatha yoga class exploring a range of traditional yogic breathing exercises called Pranayaams that are designed to leave you feeling relexed and revitalized.

This class is taught by Bindu Gupta who has been learning and practicing yoga since her childhood and has been teaching yoga at the Shrewsbury Library for over a year.

This class is for adults and you must register for each session you wish to attend. Bring your own yoga mat or a towel to sit on and please wear comfortable clothes.

Yoga is generally done on an empty stomach but you may drink a cup of tea or milk one hour prior to the class and a light snack two hours before the class is okay.

Participants must sign a waiver release at the beginning of the class.
