We all have used search engines to find information. The most important part of any search is choosing the correct terms for the query.  If you use words that are too common, your results will be vague, retrieving millions of hits.  If the keywords are too specific, the search results will often be too narrow resulting in too few.

In this workshop, we will explore the common features built into search engines that will assist us in retrieving accurate results.  We’ll also look at how to use advanced tricks such as exact phrases, relational terms, wildcards, limiters, and format searches.
