Library Program Planners Roundtable
Tuesday April 14, 2015
2:00 PM until 4:00 PM
The Library Program Planners Group meets quarterly to share programming ideas for adults. At each meeting, after introductions, we simply go around the room and discuss two successful programs recently held at our libraries. Within a week of the meeting, we email details of all the programs we've held in the past three months to the group's secretary, who distributes the list to the group.
While the group consists mainly of librarians from MVLC, NOBLE and southern New Hampshire, membership is open to all. Even if you can't attend the meetings, you can still contribute to and benefit from the group's list-serv and blog, both very helpful resources when program planning. The blog, for example, has more than 1,000 reviews, fee information and contact information for authors, speakers and performers.
