The Internet has changed vastly since its conception in 1958. Web pages have gone from static pages listing directories or basic information to dynamic, interactive sites for research, sharing, and video conferencing.
Catch-up, become an expert. In this session, we will explore the multitude of (free) and simple online tools for getting the most out of the Internet for you and your library.

In this workshop, you will also learn to search like an expert.
- Examine some of the different engines available
- Create more effective search phrases and strings
- Use advanced search tools such as directories, subject indices and forums
