Welcome to the READS-to-Go New Hampshire KitKeeper! This new system will help streamline the process of both requesting a book club Kit it for all libraries and tracking Kits for those libraries who host them.
For questions about reserving kits, please log in and use the Staff Help link to contact your NH KitKeeper Team (for libraries). If you are a patron/book club member or coordinator, please contact your local library to request kits. Do not fill out the request form yourself! This ensures that the library is aware of your request and can fill out the information as needed. Contact your local library for help or questions. To reserve a kit:
Simply locate the Kit you would like to request and click RESERVE. Select the date on the calendar that you would like to hand out the books in the Kit to your group. The system will add 10 days ahead of it to allow time for the Kit to be routed to you on the van system, give you 35 days to keep the books, and allow 10 days for the kit to be routed back to the host library.
You will need to complete the following information to request a Kit:
Patron Name: Contact person for the requesting library
Patron Phone: Contact phone number for the requesting library
Patron Email: Contact email for the requesting library/contact person for the requesting library
Patron Notes: Van stop for the requesting library
Pickup Library: THIS IS IMPORTANT! This is the library where the Kit is going, which is not always your library. In New Hampshire, all of the kits are shipped via the state wide van system and the correct receiving library must be chosen for your library's shipping stop. If you are unsure of which library to choose, please contact your local library's Interlibrary Loan staff or the NH KitKeeper Team.
