Museum Passes

The following institutions have opened in some capacityAll require visitors to wear masks or face coveringsmost require reservations for a timed visit. Click on the names below for more details.

You may walk the grounds for free at Olana, the Clark Art Institute,  Art Omi, PS21, Shaker Museum/Mount Lebanon and hike the trails of the ten conservation areas of the Columbia Land Conservancy.

Print on Demand Pass: Passes may be reserved up to thirty days in advance and can be printed from home or at the Library. This pass will only be valid for the date of visit listed on the confirmation page so request the pass for the day you wish to use it. These passes are marked closed for the days when the museums are closed.

Pick Up/Return Pass:  Passes may be reserved online for up to thirty days in advance and can be picked up at the library. These passes must be returned the day after check-out. For example: if you request a pass on Tuesday, it will be due back on Wednesday. These passes are also marked closed for days when the library is closed.

You may request up to three passes per day. Online reservations are available to Chatham & Canaan Library cardholders; all others must visit the library in person.
