Guidelines:

• Borrower, age 18 or older, must present a valid Rockville Centre Library card in good standing at time of checkout, with no fines greater than $10.

• Loan period is 7 days, with one renewal. The items can be reserved. Your loan period begins on the first day available for you.

• Reservations may be made up to 30 days in advance. Each patron may have one item on request in a 30 day period.

• Items can only be checked out at and returned to the Checkout Desk.

• There is a $25 fine if returned in the book drop or left unattended at the Checkout Desk. Late fee is $5 per day.

• Items must be returned to the Rockville Centre Library.  Do not return at other libraries.

• The borrower is responsible for costs associated with any damage or loss of the items due to neglect or abuse. Replacement costs are noted under each item.

• The Library maintains no liability for use.
