Knitting Circle

FPBL Adult Book Discussion Group

Reading as Meditation

Set aside an hour each week--same time, same place—to join a librarian in the practice of mindful reading. Increase your ability to concentrate and appreciate stillness by taking the time to enjoy the simple pleasure of reading together in a group.
