Chester is a 6-year-old Leonberger who loves to be with kids, is a great listener and hoping to help kids acquire a love of books and reading. Reading to dogs in a calm, non-judgmental atmosphere can bolster children’s confidence and encourage them to feel good about reading aloud in the classroom. It can also help an older child become comfortable with school presentations or public speaking. Kids have a natural affinity toward our canine friends. Chester's presence is calm and reserved. Reading in this environment without the anxiety of being judged can be very beneficial and exciting for our young ones. Please call to register for one 10-minute session with Chester each day.
