Ornaments From the Garden
6:30 PM - 7:30 PM

All ages are welcome to join us on Zoom to create homemade clay ornaments with seeds gathered from the library's butterfly garden.  After the holidays, put your ornament in the garden, or in a flower pot and it will wash away and the seeds will plant and hopefully grow to plants that will attract butterflies.

For this program you will need to supply

  • flour
  • salt
  • vegetable oil
  • water
  • mixing bowl
  • spatula
  • cookie cutter
  • pencil
  • rolling pin (or any cylinder will work)

Pick up a seed envelope from the library via curbside pickup any time between Nov. 30- December 8.  Our hours of operation are M-TH 10-6 and F 10-3.

A zoom link will be emailed to you with a link to this event.
